Sutton Lodge sits quietly in a North Tamborine cul-de-sac where the backyard meets national park. You can walk to Curtis Falls from here, and the village strip with its galleries, cafes and cheese factory is close by. Cedar Creek and the local wineries are a short drive away.

The three-bedroom cottage has been freshly renovated with families in mind — there's a crib, high chair and changing table alongside the usual comforts. The main bedroom includes an ensuite with both shower and bath, while the second bedroom opens directly onto a rear deck that looks into the rainforest. Two bathrooms serve the house, and the laundry has a washer and dryer. The back garden borders the national park, so mornings here come with bird calls and that particular stillness you only get under tall trees.
